Special School Board Meeting

Oldham-Ramona School Dist 39-5

March 29, 2011

The Oldham-Ramona School Board of Education met in regular session at 7:32 p.m. at the school. Present were Lisa Beyer, Janelle Dinges, Mike Matson, Chandra Waikel, and Larry Malcomb by telephone. Others present were Superintendent John Bjorkman. Chairman Beyer, who established a quorum was present, called the meeting to order. Unless noted all decisions were unanimous.

Action #2879: Motion by Dinges, seconded by Waikel to go into executive session at 7:33 p.m. to discuss possible General Fund budget cuts. Chairman Beyer declared the board out of executive session at 11:04 p.m.

There will be another special meeting of the board on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. to further discuss the budget cuts.

Action #2880: Motion by Matson, seconded by Waikel to adjourn at 11:05 p.m.
