School Board Meeting

Oldham-Ramona School Dist 39-5

August 15, 2011

The Oldham-Ramona School Board of Education met in special session at 7:00 p.m. at the school. Present were Lisa Beyer, Larry Malcomb, Mike Matson, Chandra Waikel, and Jay Hojer. Others present were Dick Amert, Supt Brian Sieh, Business Manager GayLynn Hagemann, and twenty-eight community members. Chairman Beyer, who established a quorum was present, called the meeting to order. Unless noted all motions were unanimous.

The building renovation project and floor plans were presented by Dick Amert. The board and community members had several questions and comments. The estimated time-frame for the project is three to four weeks for engineering work, then to advertise to solicite bids/work, and approximately nine months from beginning to end of actual construction.

The next regular meeting of the board is scheduled for Monday, September 12, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

Action #2966: Motion by Waikel, seconded by Malcomb to adjourn at 8:32 p.m.
