Special School Board Meeting

Oldham-Ramona School Dist 39-5

March 29, 2012

The Oldham-Ramona School Board met in special session at 7:00 p.m. at the school. Present were Lisa Beyer, Mike Matson, Jay Hojer, and Chandra Waikel. Absent was Larry Malcomb. Others present were Dick Amert, Skeeter Hansen, Ryan, a representative from Montgomery Furniture, and Dr. Dan Moran. Chairman Beyer, who established a quorum was present, called the meeting to order. Unless noted all motions were unanimous.

The board negotiators met with the teaching staff negotiators and different plans were discussed.

The board did a walk-through of the building project. Construction and building issues were discussed. Some colors were selected.

Accepting a resignation was tabled.

There will be a special meeting of the board on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. The next regular meeting of the board is scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.

Action #4007: Motion by Waikel, seconded by Matson to adjourn at

9:58 p.m.
